Payment & Cancellation Policies

Payment Policy:
You may pay either over the phone or in person. We accept cash, money orders, Debit payments, Visa and Mastercard. Course prices include the cost of workbooks. Prepayment is required to confirm your registration and seat(s) in class.

Course Cancellation:
St. John Ambulance reserves the right to cancel any program if there is inadequate enrollment. In the event that a course must be cancelled, you will be informed by telephone in advance. You may then either reschedule for another course or receive reimbursement of course fees.

Cancellation by Student:
Cancellations are non-refundable whether the student cancels or fails to show up for class; however, if cancellation is received prior to the scheduled program we will gladly reschedule you to another program. A group failing to cancel within 3 business days will be subject to a $100 group cancellation fee.

Storm Cancellation Policy:

Should weather conditions be severe and your course be cancelled, it will be announced on your local radio station. However, we ask that you use your own discretion; should the weather/road conditions in your area be bad and you choose not to attend, we will gladly reschedule you to another class, as your safety comes first.
