Medical First Responder
The Medical First Responder program is ideal for anyone who must handle first response in an emergency. From emergency professionals such as firefighters and police, to industry workers in high-risk environments, the Medical First Responder program can provide you with advanced skills to save a life when serious injury occurs. Course content includes Primary and Secondary Patient Assessment, Spinal Immobilization, Oxygen Administration and more.
Pre-requisite: CPR Level C
Time: 3.5 days, plus 12 hours of pre-study
Fee: $85 per person plus instructor fees and expenses

Advanced Medical First Responder I
Incorporating an extra day and a half of training above the Medical First Responder course, this course is designed for industrial responders, and those involved in high risk sports or hobbies. It meets the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations for worksites with 100 employees or more per shift. In addition to the material covered in MFR, it includes training in topographical terms, anatomy, CPR Level C and AED.
Time: 5 days
Fee: $335 per person

Advanced Medical First Responder II
An in-depth program for persons whose primary responsibility is emergency response. This course prepares professional health and safety personnel to provide emergency and extended care in remote or high risk areas.

Oxygen Administration
Designed for special client groups such as firefighters, divers, search and rescue personnel, and others who administer oxygen for first aid or home health care.
