Medical First Response Services

Well-trained and well-equipped, St John Ambulance volunteers are at countless public events to provide basic and advanced care when emergencies occur. By being there, St. John Volunteer Medical First Responders are “first on the scene” and the “first to respond” in the critical minutes until medical assistance arrives.

Our volunteers are present at hundreds of events per year such as Canada Day, Central Canada Exhibition, Ottawa Lynx Baseball games, 67's Hockey, HOPE Volleyball, National Remembrance Day ceremonies and many others.
