St. John Ambulance is proud to provide Child Car Seat Safety installation to the community. The group of trained and certified Car Seat Technician volunteers will guide parents/caregivers through the installation process

What should I bring?
Please bring the vehicle manual and the manual for the child car seat. If possible, bring the child and someone to look after them while you and the Technician work on the installation. .
Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes, our clinics book up fast. Please call and make your appointment as early as possible. You can request an appointment by telephone at (416) 967-4244 or via email at cservices@on.sja.ca
How long does the installation take?
Once a technician has been assigned to your vehicle, please allow for about 30 minutes for the installation. Some vehicles require additional time to ensure proper installation. If multiple seats are being installed, please account for 30 minutes per seat.
Is there a fee for this service?
No, there isn’t a fee for this service; however, donations are greatly appreciated. Funds received during the clinics are used to purchase clinic supplies and training equipment that will allow St. John Ambulance to continue to provide this service in the Community. Donations $10.00 and over can be issued a tax receipt upon request.
