Registration for courses can be made by calling the office at 905-459-2440 during business hours (Monday to Friday 8:30 to 4:30). Registration is completed with full payment over the phone with Visa or Mastercard, or in person with cash or debit.
For companies we also have the option to invoice you with a purchase order. For company registration please complete the course registration form and fax the completed form to 905-459-1804. Once registration is complete we will fax or email confirmation to you.
Private courses can be set up for 10 or more students, at your location or our location and time preferences. 7 days a week. All courses are available in the private format. The cost of the course is at the same rate as our public courses. To set up a private course, please call our office. email us or click here to request onsite training.
NOTE:
- Please call the branch to confirm your registration prior to the start date of the course, course may be rescheduled or cancelled.
- St. John Ambulance reserves the right to reschedule courses if minimum numbers are not met.

Registration Request Form
A customer service representative will be contacting you within 2 business days following receipt of your request to register for a course to confirm your course selection and billing information. The information you provide below will assist us in reserving a seat for you however this does not guarantee seat availability, as classes are being filled on a continual basis.
Do not enter payment (credit card) information. A St. John Ambulance representative will contact you by phone to obtain the payment information from you directly which will then confirm your registration.
