Course Registration

Registration for courses can be made by calling our office during business hours (Monday to Friday 8:00 to 4:00). Registration is completed with full payment over the phone with VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card; or in person with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Interac debit or cash. We also have the option of invoicing companies with a purchase order number. Please contact us to set-up an account.

Private courses can be set up at your location or ours for 10 or more students. Our highly qualified instructors are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All courses are available in the private format, and can be customized to meet your specific needs. To set up a private course, please call our officeemail us or click here to request on-site training.

With at least two-business days notice, there is no cost to transfer your seat to another date. There is a $15 Late Transfer Fee for any transfers with less than two business days notice, or for any successive transfers.

Cancellations with at least two-business days notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 25%. There are no refunds for cancellations within two-business days of the course start date or for “no-shows.” Please arrive to your course on time as students who are more than 20 minutes late are considered a “no-show,” and may have to pay a transfer fee to reschedule their seat. There are no refunds available for students more than 20 minutes late. Original receipts are required to process any refund, and must be processed by the same method as the purchase (i.e. cash, debt or credit card.) .
