This course gives comprehensive CPR training for general public interest or workplace requirements. Learn CPR techniques for adult, infants and children and 2 rescuer CPR. Manikins are provided for individual practice. Also included is emergency scene management, risk factors, prudent heart living, recognition of cardiovascular disease, choking and an introduction to Automated External Defibrillation. Nationally recognized certificates are issued upon completion. Meets the Heart & Stroke Foundation requirements. Annual retraining in CPR is recommended. All proceeds from courses go to support health & safety programs in the community.
