CPR for Health Care Providers (HCP) is specifically designed for the current and future Health Care and Emergency Care Professional or Emergency Service Provider. Topics covered include cardiovascular and respiratory emergencies, adult, child and infant CPR skills, two-rescuer CPR and AED, use of the bag valve mask, rescue breathing and jaw thrust, anatomy and physiology and infection control. Nationally recognized certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course requirements. Recognized as a pre-requisite for post-secondary health and emergency service training programs.
