NEW PROTOCOLS
As of September 1, 2006 new CPR and first aid protocol guidelines changed based on the decisions of ILCOR (International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation) to make them easier to learn, easier to remember and improve the positive outcome of first aid applied at a medical emergency. We are encouraging everyone to take the full course this year, instead of the renewal program as the new protocol changes are quite significant and you would benefit from the additional teaching time in a full course.
Please note: Due to these changes our renewal course enrolments are low. Please be prepared for a higher than average cancellation rate for these courses.
