Course Registration

Registration for courses can be made by calling the office at (613) 735-0772 during business hours (Monday - Friday 9:00 to 4:00). Registration is completed with full payment over the phone with Visa or MasterCard, or in person with cash or debit.

For companies we also have the option to invoice you with a purchase order. For company registration please call the office. Once registration is complete we will fax or email confirmation to you.

Private courses can be set up for 8 or more students, at your location or our location and time preferences. 7 days a week. All courses are available in the private format. To set up a private course, please call our officeemail us or click here to request onsite training.

    NOTE:

    • Please call the branch to confirm your registration prior to the start date of the course, course may be  rescheduled or cancelled.

    • St. John Ambulance reserves the right to reschedule courses if minimum numbers are not met.

    • Prices are subject to change without notice.

Registration Request Form

A customer service representative will be contacting you within 2 business days following receipt of your request to register for a course to confirm your course selection and billing information.  The information you provide below will assist us in reserving a seat for you however this does not guarantee seat availability, as classes are being filled on a continual basis.

Do not enter payment (credit card) information. A St. John Ambulance representative will contact you by phone to obtain the payment information from you directly which will then confirm your registration.
