    All registrations must be prepaid in person or over the phone. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit, and Cash. Corporate clients may arrange payment by Purchase Order (upon approved credit), contact us for more information.

    • Emergency level first aid training with one-rescuer adult (8+ years) CPR (Level A) and automated external defibrillation (AED) training. This course is suitable for general interest and most workplaces with fewer than 6 employees (Contact us for more information on provincial/federal government first aid requirements for your workplace). Nationally recognized certificates, valid for three years, are issued upon completion. Course fee includes St. John Ambulance’s First Aid Reference Guide.



    • Standard level first aid training with one-rescuer adult (8+ years) CPR (Level A) and automated external defibrillation (AED) training. This course is suitable for general interest and most workplaces with more than 6 employees (Contact us for more information on provincial/federal government first aid requirements for your workplace). Nationally recognized certificates, valid for three years, are issued upon completion. Renewal courses are available for this certificate in a one-day renewal course. Course fee includes St. John Ambulance’s First Aid Reference Guide



    • Standard level first aid training with one-rescuer adult, child and infant (all ages) CPR (Level C) and automated external defibrillation (AED) training. This course is suitable for general interest and most workplaces with more than 6 employees (Contact us for more information on provincial/federal government first aid requirements for your workplace). Nationally recognized certificates, valid for three years, are issued upon completion. Renewal courses are available for this certificate in a one-day renewal course. Course fee includes St. John Ambulance’s First Aid Reference Guide. Please note: prior to June 1, 2011 this course was known as Standard First Aid with CPR Level B. Contact us for more information.



    • Standard level first aid training is combined with CPR for Health Care Providers (HCP). Skills covered include one and two-rescuer CPR for adults, children and infants (all ages), artificial respiration, use of a bag-valve-mask (BVM), and HCP-specific protocols. Nationally recognized certificates, valid for three years, are issued upon completion. Annual recertification in CPR Level HCP is strongly recommended. Course fee includes St. John Ambulance's First Aid Reference Guide.



    • This course is designed for persons holding a valid St. John Ambulance CPR certificate and want to refresh their skills. Participants are strongly advised to review their material before attending in order to ensure successful completion. Course fee does not include St. John Ambulance’s First Aid Reference Guide. Students who do not have their Reference Guide from their original course, can purchase a replacement book for an additional cost. Nationally recognized certificates are issued upon successful completion.



    • This course is designed for persons holding a valid St. John Ambulance Standard First Aid and CPR certificate and want to renew it for an additional three years. First aid renewals are not permitted if the certificate was not issued by St. John, has expired, or is a renewal certificate. Further renewal must be alternated with attendance on a full (two-day) course. Participants are strongly advised to review their material before attending in order to ensure successful completion. Course fee does not include St. John Ambulance’s First Aid Reference Guide. Students who do not have their Reference Guide from their original course, can purchase a replacement book for an additional cost. Nationally recognized certificates are issued upon successful completion.



    • A course created for the 11 - 14 year old age group designed to teach babysitting, leadership and first aid skills in a fun and informative way. Students learn how to care for infants, toddlers, and older children, what questions to ask parents, how to give first aid, and what to do in emergencies. Activity book activities, role-playing and hands-on practice teach skills and build confidence. Each student will receive a What Every Babysitter Should Know handbook, and a Babysitter First Aid Kit. Upon successful completion, participants receive a St. John Ambulance Babysitter's attendance certificate



    • Courses are designed to meet Transport Canada Regulation TP13008 - Training standards for Marine First Aid and Marine Medical Care (see http://www.tc.gc.ca/marinesafety/bulletins/2009/03-eng.htm). Nationally recognized certificates, valid for three years, are issued by Transport Canada upon successful completion. There are no renewal courses available for these levels of training. Annual recertification of CPR is recommended. A valid CDN number issued by Transport Canada is required to participate in this course. Course fee includes a St. John Ambulance’s First Aid Reference Guide and Marine Supplement



    • A comprehensive program for those who live, work, and play in the Canadian wilderness. Students are prepared with the skills and knowledge to care for injuries and promote recovery when you are hours, or even days, away from emergency medical aid. An excellent program for Scout and Guide leaders, employees working in remote locations, campers, hikers, hunters, and others who enjoy wilderness recreational activities. Topics covered include: Wilderness Basics & Trip Planning; Emergency Scene Management; Airway and Breathing Emergencies; Circulatory Emergencies; Wound Care; Bone & Joint Injuries; Medical Emergencies; Environmental Emergencies; Poisons, Bites and Stings.



    • Some workplaces are more hazardous than others. St. John Ambulance offers advanced level training to those who require first-to-respond skills. From emergency professionals such as firefighters and police, to industry workers in high-risk environments, the Medical First Responder program can provide you with additional skills for employees in an industrial setting where injuries can be catastrophic, or outside medical assistance is limited.
