WE CAN HELP is taught to grade three students across Thunder Bay & Northwestern Ontario (approximately 2000 children each year).

The objectives of this program are:

  • To introduce children to basic first aid
  • To make students aware of the importance of safety and to encourage them to develop safety habits for life.
  • To teach students that they can help others--that they do not have to rely solely on adults. This realization is a major step in the development of their self-confidence as they learn what to do in an emergency situation

LIFESAVER is taught to grade six students across Thunder Bay & Northwestern Ontario.  This course is designed to provide participants with specific knowledge and skill that will enable them to:

  • Recognize when first aid is needed
  • Give first aid at an emergency scene
  • Recognize when more qualified help is needed.
