Heart Month February reminds first aiders to be prepared for Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) emergencies. Have the tools such as Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and CPR masks ready at hand.

Hard Case Pocket Mask - $15 tax included

Automated External Defibrillators (AED)
Sudden cardiac arrest occurs when
the rhythm
of the heart becomes irregular due to the electrical system going out of sync.  CPR is important, but it alone cannot restore the rhythm of the heart back to normal.  Shocking the heart with an AED will restore the normal beating rhythm and is the victim's best chance of survival.

Order your AED from St. John Ambulance and
make your home,
public facility or workplace safer.  Learn more» about the St. John AED Program.
