Private Course Form

Registering for a Public Course
If you would like to register for a course in Saskatoon, simply call (306) 343-0041 and we can register you over the phone with a credit card.  If you prefer to use cash or debit, stop by our office at 1808 Broadway Ave.  Another option is to download the registration form, print and mail the completed form to 1808 Broadway Ave. Saskatoon, SK S7H 2B7.  A money order or credit card number must accompany the registration form.  Another option is to fax it to (306) 934-2667 with credit card number filled in.  Always confirm that your registration has been received! - Saskatoon Registration Form

All costs include textbooks and taxes.  All courses are booked on a first-come, first-serve, pre-paid basis."  All St. John Ambulance OHS courses are taught to meet Provincial Occupational Health and Safety Standards.  OHS/A/AED is a minimum of 16 hours in length. 

All courses are booked on a first-come, first-serve, pre-paid basis, with invoicing available for your company.
For a minimum number of students we will be happy to co-ordinate a class for your employees either at your facility or ours. Please fill out our Private Course Registration form and send that back to us. Please select from our Course Offering List which course you are looking for.

First Aid & CPR combination Courses which includes AED:
OHS Standard First Aid w/CPR A/AED ($140.00) 2 days - 8:00 am –5:00 pm
OHS Standard First Aid w/CPR B/AED ($150.00) 2 days - 1st day 8:00 am -6:00 pm 2nd day 8 am – 5:30 pm
OHS Standard First Aid w/CPR C/AED ($160.00) 2 days - 1st day 8:00 am – 6:00 pm 2nd day 8 am - 6:00 pm
Standard First Aid - ($90.00) 2 days - 8:00 am - 3:30 pm

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Courses which includes AED:
CPR A/AED (adult rescuer CPR) $70.00 - 8:00 am - 2 pm
CPR B/AED (adult rescuer, plus child & infant CPR) $80.00 - 8:00 am - 3:30 pm
CPR C/AED (adult rescuer, child & infant CPR & 2-man rescuer) $90.00 - 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Personal Care-worker Course (PCW) $135.00 - 8:00am – 5:00 pm

Babysitting Course $40.00 - 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

Pet First Aid Course $50.00 - 4 hour course
