St John Ambulance is suspending its schedule of public training courses in Canada effective immediately.

The reasons for our decision to suspend courses include:
  • Following government advice to prevent spread of COVID-19
  • Our concern for the health and wellbeing of our trainers, staff  and customers

  • For those with current bookings that need to be postponed these can be transferred to courses after June 1st, 2020 and all transfer charges will be waived.

  • We anticipate a spike in demand for training once the COVID-19 crisis has diminished. To ensure you get the training you need when you need it, customers are encouraged to transfer now to dates after June 1, 2020.

  • Those wishing to cancel and request a refund can do so and our existing cancellation charges will be waived until further notice. Please be aware that refunds might take longer than usual.

  • To make a transfer or cancel an existing booking please contact your local St. John Ambulance branch.
