Your MHWW training Session is scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday, June 20th, 2023 from 8:30am-4:00pm Newfoundland Standard Time. Your Instructor for the class will be Ronald Sullivan. The Zoom link for the training session can be found at the bottom of this email.
Please complete the registration form HERE. This is to ensure that you receive your certificate in a timely fashion.
You will need a webcam and access to mic capabilities will be ideal (though there is a chat function where you can type in questions if you don’t have a mic). If for some reason you lose connection, you can try to rejoin by clicking on the link. If you are unable to get back on please contact me.
I have attached the handout that you will need for the class. You will receive a certificate by email with your Participant's Guide after the course is complete along with a link to a short survey. We would greatly appreciate if you could complete the evaluation of the training.

Withdrawals:
• Withdrawals from one/two-day classes, are charged a $40 fee (subject to applicable taxes) for a withdrawal request received between 2 and 5 business days prior to the scheduled class date. No fee will be charged on withdrawal requests received more than 5 business days prior to the scheduled class date. For withdrawal requests received less than 2 business days prior to the scheduled class date, the full registration fee will be charged.
Transfers:
• Transfer requests for one/two-day courses, are subject to a $25 fee (subject to applicable taxes) if requested within 5 business days of the scheduled class start date, unless otherwise legislated by Provincial Regulators.
Cancellations:
• St. John Ambulance reserves the right to cancel classes that do not reach the minimum enrollment requirements or for extenuating circumstances. Every effort will be made to notify all registrants in a timely manner prior to the class
start date. The affected student will be rescheduled to another class without a fee.
• In extenuating circumstances, a refund may be considered.
No Shows:
• No show registrations will be charged the full registration fee.
Late:
• Students are expected to arrive on time.
LMS Courses (Health & Safety):
• No refunds.
Certificate Reprints:
• A charge of $15.00 (plus applicable taxes) will be charged on any certificate(digital/paper) reprint requested by client.
Certificate Delivery:
• Successful in-house participants or their employers will receive their certificates at the end of the class. In other circumstances, certificates may be distributed within 5 business days following the notification of successful completion at
the SJA/ASJ branch.
Please be advised that we have a SCENT FREE policy. We kindly ask that you do not wear perfume, scented hairspray, cologne, scented deodorant, aftershave, or any other scented products when you come to any of our facilities.
