The Mental Health and Wellness: Managers & Leaders training is designed to equip managers with the knowledge and skills necessary to promote and protect mental health and wellness in the workplace. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of mental health in the workplace, and the tools necessary to create a supportive and inclusive workplace culture for employees that value mental health. Topics explored include reducing stigma, understanding risk factors for mental health injury at work, recognizing signs and symptoms of distress, effective communication and response strategies, and promoting resilience within the workplace.

Resilience and Mental Fitness is an online course that helps individuals reimagine stress as pressure that when positively engaged, serves as the counterweight and stimulus for growth.

This course explores how workers and employers can reduce bullying, harassment, discrimination and workplace violence. This course also describes how to foster a culture of inclusion in workplaces, where employees feel welcome and respected and provides awareness-level content that meets employers’ legislated and regulatory requirements for training in respectful workplaces.

When there is a confined space in the workplace, all workers in that workplace require Confined Space Awareness training as well as workplace specific training.

This course introduces basic first intended for new parents however, anyone caring for a baby can benefit from this the course, including grandparents and siblings. Topics include emergency scene management, child and infant resuscitation, medical conditions, burns and poisoning.
