Cancellation Policy:

For courses under 20 hours, requests for a transfer must be received two (2) full business days prior to the scheduled start date of the class, and a $25.00 service fee will be charged for all transfers. Requests for withdrawal/refund must be received two (2) full business days prior to the scheduled start date of the class or the course fee will be forfeited. A $40.00 service fee will be charged for all withdrawals. Course prices include the cost of tuition, class materials (excluding printed textbooks) and training supplies. Prepayment is required to confirm your registration and seat(s) in class.
